Increased performance and security with Kyocera’s latest workgroup printers

Kyocera are proud to announce the launch of a new workgroup range of printers, offering fast printing speeds, improved productivity and extensive data security.

The FS-2020D, FS-2020DN, FS-3920DN and FS-4020DN offer printing speeds of 35 to 45ppm in A4, double-sided printing as standard, as well as networking capability. The latter comes as standard with the FS-2020DN, FS-3920DN and FS-4020DN models, and is available as an optional extra for the FS-2020D.

Time to first page is an impressive 9 to 10.5 seconds and each printer has a high capacity paper tray of 500 sheets, with the FS-3920DN and FS-4020DN having the option of up to 5 paper trays to accommodate large print jobs

Features of the printers include a Command Center which allows the user easy print job deletion and updates of the print job status. The printers also have a USB host interface, located at the front of the printer making it possible to print PDF files directly from a connected USB Flash memory device.

Security options include a password protected Command Center and Control Panel as well as security watermarks on documents to protect from unauthorised distribution and copying. The printers also feature SSL data encryption ensuring the confidentiality of print jobs.

The family of printers benefit from larger memory of up to 128MB, quicker processors and the optimised toner guarantees an even better quality when printing images and greyscale.

As only the toner requires regular replacement during the life of the FS-2020D/DN, FS-3920DN, FS-4020DN printers, both low cost per page and low total cost of ownership are delivered.

Whereas drum, developer and fuser usually require regular replacement the Kyocera FS-2020D/DN, FS-3920DN, FS-4020DN offers long-life components with a lifetime of 300,000 pages.
