The KM-1635 uses Kyocera Mita’s long life components which maximise reliability and minimise down time. The copier comes with a 300-sheet paper feeder and 50-sheet multipurpose feeder as standard and can be expanded with 3 additional paper feeders, making its maximum paper input 1250 sheets. The optional GDI print system adds an affordable, high quality print function to the device, enhancing the productivity of the workgroup without the investment in a separate mono printer.
The KM-1635 has a warm up time of only 20 seconds and produces its first 600dpi page in just 5.9 seconds, making it the fastest in its class. It has 32MB of memory as standard, supporting functions such as scan-once-print-many and electronic and rotate sort. The optional duplex unit enables double-sided copying and helps organisations to save paper.
Kyocera Mita Product Manager Rachel Dean commented: “Reliability and durability are among the most important factors to consider when selecting business machines such as photocopiers. The lost productivity due to a copier fault can cost businesses dearly therefore we are proud that Kyocera Mita has won several awards for the reliability of its copiers and MFPs in the last three years*. The KM-1635 benefits from the same technology which ensures high performance and reliability so our customers can be assured that their Kyocera Mita copier won’t let them down. The addition of the GDI print system turns this digital copier into a multifunction device which can serve the output needs of small to medium-sized workgroups with ease.”
The KM-1635 is available through Kyocera Mita servicing dealers and has an RRP of £1499. The KM-1635P with GDI print system has an RRP of £1699.
