KYOCERA Document Solutions has promoted Rosie Guest to the role of IT Channel Account Manager within its six strong IT Channel team.
Previously an IT Channel Account Executive specialising in Managed Print and Service Delivery, Rosie joined KYOCERA Document Solutions in 2009 as a Business Development Executive and was promoted to the Executive role in September 2010.
Rosie looks after 11 resellers across the South East and ensures the smooth delivery of KYOCERA Document Solutions’ MDS (Managed Document Services) into the IT Channel. She says: “I help our partners understand the KYOCERA Document Solutions offer and help them respond to their customers. By focusing on providing a prompt, efficient response I’ve developed and grown my designated accounts.”
