These cutting tools are made of high-quality zirconia ceramics. This material is sintered at 1500° C and a pressure of up to 20,000 t (HIP process).
This material is also used for applications in aerospace, the automotive industry and medical technology.

|
Kyocera ceramic knives can be resharpened by specialists, but that is generally not necessary for a long time. Special tools are required for resharpening. Costs:
For shipments from Germany, resharpening of up to 2 ceramic knives costs EUR 10.- incl. return shipping.
For shipments from other countries in Europe, resharpening of up to 2 ceramic knives costs EUR 15.- incl. return shipping.

For the sake of simplicity, please include banknotes with your shipment in both cases.
